The NFL Scouting Combine is officially in the books and it certainly shook things up here in my second mock draft.

For starters, there are seven different picks in the top 10 alone – and you can pin it all on Alabama defensive tackle Quinnen Williams, who I think is the best player in this draft class. Williams is the first pick off the board and it has a ripple effect on the rest of this mock draft.

Altogether there are 19 different picks from my first mock draft, including the Falcons' first pick at No. 14 overall. So, without further ado, here is my mock draft 2.0. Let me know how you feel about the pick here. The next one – mock 3.0 – will drop on March 13th.

1. Arizona Cardinals

DT Quinnen Williams, Alabama	I thought Williams was the best player in this draft class before the combine. After he ate four double-stuffed Oreos and clocked a 4.83 in the 40, I don’t know how the Cardinals pass on him.

2. San Francisco 49ers

DE Nick Bosa, Ohio State	The Niners desperately need a stronger pass rush and go with Bosa, considered by many scouts and draft analysts to be the best one in this class.

3. New York Jets

DE Josh Allen, Kentucky	Some believe the long-and-athletic Allen is the total package – he can rush, cover and also run. The Jets bolster their defense in a big way here.

4. Oakland Raiders

DE Clelin Ferrell, Clemson	Ferrell has posted double-digits sacks over the last three seasons and that extended productivity resonates with new GM Mike Mayock.

5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

DT Ed Oliver, Houston	The Bucs defense allowed a league-worst 110.9 passer rating in 2018. Oliver will bolster the pass rush inside and can also defend against the run.

6. New York Giants

QB Dwayne Haskins, Ohio State	The Giants eventually have to turn the page on Eli Manning and take Haskins, a pocket passer who completed 70 percent of his passes and tossed 50 TDs in 2018.

7. Jacksonville Jaguars

OT Cody Ford, Oklahoma	This is a perfect landing spot for free agent QB Nick Foles, so taking Ford makes sense. Ford has outstanding balance and agility for his 6-foot-4, 330-pound frame.

8. Detroit Lions

DE Montez Sweat, Mississippi State	The Lions need to address their pass rush and are more than happy to take Sweat, who posted double-digit sack totals the last two years (10.5 and 12). His stock is rising.

9. Buffalo Bills

WR D.K. Metcalf, Mississippi	The Bills need weapons for Josh Allen and after the performance Metcalf put on in Indy, it’s a no-brainer. Metcalf has a rare combination of size, speed, physicality, and explosiveness.

10. Denver Broncos

CB Greedy Williams, LSU	The Broncos have a lot of question marks at cornerback and need someone who can step in and start right away. Williams is the best corner in this class.

11. Cincinnati Bengals

LB Devin White, LSU	The Bengals are extremely tempted to take Jonah Williams here but pounce on White instead. The former LSU linebacker is an explosive hitter and shows great anticipation.

12. Green Bay Packers

DT Christian Wilkins, Clemson	The Packers must improve their pass rush and take Wilkins, a two-time All-ACC and All-American. Wilkins is known for his penetrating ability, quickness and change of direction.

13. Miami Dolphins

QB Kyler Murray, Oklahoma	The Ryan Tannehill era has run its course in South Florida and taking Murray should jumpstart the Dolphins offense. Size is a concern, but his playmaking ability and arm strength will help.

14. Atlanta Falcons

G/T Jonah Williams, Alabama	It’s no secret that the Falcons’ biggest need is along the offensive line. The 6-foot-5, 301-pounder played tackle at Alabama but could end up playing guard in the NFL. Scouts project Williams to be a rookie starter, and that’s exactly what Atlanta needs.

15. Washington Redskins

QB Drew Lock, Missouri	With question marks surrounding Alex Smith’s future, the Redskins take Lock, who has the physical tools, size and arm to succeed in the NFL. He can make all the throws.

16. Carolina Panthers

DL Rashan Gary, Michigan	The Panthers need an edge rusher and pounce on Gary. The ex-Wolverine has the versatility to play both inside and set the edge vs. the run.

17. Cleveland Browns

WR Marquise Brown, Oklahoma	Baker Mayfield needs some more weapons around him, especially in the passing game. Now he’s reunited with another former Sooner, who some draft experts and scouts refer to as a DeSean Jackson clone.

18. Minnesota Vikings

OT Jawaan Taylor, Florida	The Vikings know they must address the offensive line and take Taylor, who some consider to be one of the best offensive tackle prospects in this class.

19. Tennessee Titans

DE Brian Burns, Florida State	The Titans need some help along the defensive line and take Burns, an explosive pass rusher with strong hands – a potential game-changer.

20. Pittsburgh Steelers

LB Devin Bush, Michigan	With Metcalf and Brown off the board, the Steelers might be tempted to pick Kelvin Harmon here or go with a corner. Instead they take Bush, who clocked a 4.4 40 in Indy and is strong against the run and can also play on third down.

21. Seattle Seahawks

S Nasir Adderley, Delaware	The Seahawks need to replace Earl Thomas on the back end. They opt for Adderley here, a former cornerback with fantastic instincts, range and ball skills.

22. Baltimore Ravens

WR Kelvin Harmon, NC State	Now that Michael Crabtree has been cut loose after one season, the Ravens are in the market for playmaker at wideout. Harmon is a big (6-foot-3, 213 pounds), physical receiver who can handle press coverage.

23. Houston Texans

G Chris Lindstrom, Boston College	The Texans struggled at times to protect Deshaun Watson and take the quick-footed Lindstrom, a player many scouts believe can step right in and start because of his experience.

24. Oakland Raiders (via Chicago)

CB Byron Murphy, Washington	The Raiders are thrilled to see Murphy still on the board here. The former Washington star can play both man-to-man and zone, and has terrific route recognition skills.

25. Philadelphia Eagles

RB Joshua Jacobs, Alabama	With Jay Ajayi and Darren Sproles set to become free agents, the Eagles take Jacobs. The former ‘Bama back is a physical runner who can also catch coming out of the backfield.

26. Indianapolis Colts

DT Dexter Lawrence, Clemson	The Colts are ecstatic to see Lawrence still on the board take the Clemson star who suffered an injury at the combine and didn't get to test. Some draft experts think he should be a top-half pick in this draft.

27. Oakland Raiders (via Dallas)

WR N'Keal Harry, Arizona State	The Raiders, who traded away Amari Cooper to Dallas, take Harry here (with the Cowboys’ pick) – a big target (6-foot-3, 216 pounds), with exceptional hands and change-of-direction skills.

28. Los Angeles Chargers

LB Mack Wilson, Alabama	Three Chargers linebackers ended up on injured reserve in 2018 – and the group struggled vs. the Patriots in the playoffs. Wilson is expected to be a quality three-down starter on the next level.

29. Kansas City Chiefs

S Deionte Thompson, Alabama	The Chiefs need to find Eric Berry’s successor on the back end and take Thompson, a physical, athletic and aggressive safety who can lower the boom.

30. Green Bay Packers (via New Orleans)

T David Edwards, Wisconsin	With David Bakhtiari and Bryan Bulaga both headed into the final year of their contracts, the Packers stay in state and pick the 6-foot-7, 319-pound Edwards, an excellent run blocker.

31. Los Angeles Rams

DT Jeffery Simmons, Mississippi State	Simmons, who is surprisingly still on the board, was considered a top-10 talent before tearing his ACL after the season. With Ndamukong Suh’s future in doubt, this pick makes even more sense.

32. New England Patriots

TE Noah Fant, Iowa	Will Rob Gronkowski be back in 2019? There’s a good chance he won’t be, and the Patriots take Fant, the best tight end in this class. Fant is a physical tight end who can catch and run.
